Days go by

I've wanted to post on here a couple times, but every time I do it seems like the same old same old. Training, back in Michigan, blah, blah..

It's true, I'm back in Michigan. The second night I was here there was a snow storm complete with thunder and lightning.. scary. Two days before I left Banner Elk I was riding in shorts and a jersey.

I'm pretty pumped about next season, but I think I am every year at this time. I've been trying to chill out and think about other things, but it's hard because there's not much to do here compared to LMC. I love that place. But for next year, I am going to do things a little differently. I am going to race a little less before the collegiate season, and focus the entire year on Nationals.

I'm using this winter to work on my technical skills as well. Yesterday's ride was kind of good for that. I really had to wrestle with the bike to keep it upright in the snow. I was riding my dad's 9.9 with Michilin XC race tires. On that note, my new ride should be in soon...
