Getting started

I've laid out a few basic things I want to do for this cross country season. First and foremost, I need to stop getting sick so often. It's impossible to train when you're sick all the time. I've actually gotten bronchitis this past week, but it seems to be going away. I'm going to consultwith a nutritionist soon, so that should shed some light on matters.
Secondly, I want to run successive >100 mile weeks in Lydiard fashion for my summer conditioning. Based on evidence from past training logs, the greatest jumps in performance occurred for me when I ran more miles. Thirdly, I want to integrate a good comprehensive conditioning program into my standard regimen. I feel that I am not as strong as I need to be to achieve the best results. My strength and speed have a lot of room to grow. I think huge gains can be made with more strength and speed paired with my credible endurance.
There many other things I want to do as well, but these are the most important for now. The ultimate goal is to run as fast as possible being able to say I did everything that I could. Some people think this is impossible, but I don't.

To whom it may concern

'Taking a break from studying for final exams at the moment. It feels good.

A couple things...

I am going start running at Stoney Creek and Bloomer park every Monday and Friday at 3:00 p.m. Which park on which day is still to be decided as I really have no preference, but those are the days and times. If you are interested in training with me, contact me and we will make definite plans. I can meet for other runs at other times as well.

Also, I will be racing/time trialing every two weeks, but I have no planned schedule. So if you have good ideas for races 5-10k range let me know. However, there is a special race August 10th which I will have more information about in the future to raise money for a runner who was killed in a car accident. And of course there are the Hanson c.c races.

Please let me know
